The Trustees of the Randolph Library have requested that, pursuant to Section 259 of New York State Education Law, the Randolph Central School District Board of Education place the following proposition before the voters at the May 2025 School District election.
Shall the sum of twenty thousand dollars ($20,000) be raised by annual levy of a tax upon the taxable real property within the Randolph Central School District for the purpose of funding the operating budget of the Randolph Library, which shall be paid over to the Randolph Library for the support and maintenance of the library; with this appropriated amount to be the annual appropriation until thereafter modified by a future vote of the electors of the Randolph Central School District?
